What I have learned today

This morning I sent 3 of my four children out the front door together, each armed with a camera. These three incredible souls are in the Autism spectrum and I spend time working out how I can see the world as they see it, and how I can also encourage them to see the world as other people do - or at least for them to understand it.

Autistic children view the world in such a different way to most people.

An hour later, full of pride and eager to share, they walked back in the door where I was entertained and educated by many photos. I saw what they had seen as they walked, from the angle that they had viewed the world. Photos taken from down low, up high, through trees, around corners, from young men sliding down mud soaked embankments rushing towards an overly full lake, to a beautiful young lady with delicate hands photographing the corpse of a duck that she had discovered. The beautiful, natural decay of a body no longer needed by the soul that had flown within it. No sorrow, loads of compassion and bundles of curiousity.

The luminous and unbelievable BRIGHT pink of a dahlia filled one frame completely, as did the sign warning of slider turtles filled another - displayed with equal pride.

Each step charted. Each tree that these three beings walked past was looked at, examined, and sometimes photographed. The world spread before me through the lens of their eyes was lush, green, fertile, sometimes dangerous. The path that they had trod was wet, muddy, slippery and full of intrigue.

This is their world. This is their day. They hold on to nothing that does not matter, they see each step as new. Each of these three children have been bullied so badly in the past that I wondered how I would recover, much less them. But all three of them recovered.

And now all of them see the freshness of a brand new day.

This is living.

This is not just surviving.

This is being present and being open to joy.

This is what my children teach me.

Blessings,

Carmel

I don't know what to call this

I found out today that a very dear friend died, quite unexpectedly. Why is it unexpected? We all die. He was a young man - well - older than me, but just. Someone who I have known for about 25 years. I have seen him grow, mature, agonize, go through doubt, reach natural conclusions, have children, love those children, travel, laugh, cry, develop hypertension, relieve it. I have massaged him, eaten with him, had coffee with him - in short been a friend. I expected him to be here with me, journeying for at least another 20 years. In truth, I relied on that because his skill and compassion as a dentist were second to none. And now...

...Now there is a darkness upon me as I grieve for the loss of him, my friend. I am feeling so many feelings.

Even having stood in heaven, talked to Angels, seen Spirit up close and personal, I still grieve. I grieve not because my friend is dead but because I am no longer able to touch him and speak to him and I did not say all that I wanted to, all that I should have. I neglected to tell this man how special he was to me, and how much he had altered my life for the better. I forgot to tell him that I am a better person because he walked beside me sometimes.

Now I need to try to remember the lesson that his loss has offered me. Will I speak up or will I remain silent?

Paul Soon. Goodbye.

Blessings,

Listening to the sounds of life

It is simple to 'be'. It is simple to be healthy. So why is it so hard to be both healthy and to just 'be'?

I am often asked 'Why am I unwell?'. Ill health comes from a lack of comfort, from a lack of peace. We can spend so much time looking for the reason for the ill health, but really, it only comes down to being uncomfortable with somewhere or something. It comes from ending up being angry, being discontent with the situation.

Are you unwell? Then look to the sounds of your life. Find the answers in the pages of the book you are reading, or the music you are hearing. The answers are there because every moment matters.

Late night thoughts

I wonder who will read this post? I was sleeping when suddenly I awoke, thinking about a book about parenting Asperger and Autism Spectrum disorder children. Why do they call it a disorder? I parent three of these children and each one is a delight. Each child brings so many challenges to the table, but each talent gives me such an opportunity to learn, to grow, to deal with an old problem in a new way. Because of my disabled children, I have become a better mother, a better person and a much better Medical Intuitive.

So who will read this 12.30am musing? You? And what has woken you up? Or are you not yet sleeping? What makes you a better person? Is it your fears or your victories? Is it what you can do with ease or what you struggle to accomplish?

When All Else Fails...

Hello - The book is finished, done, over with! Now, with a sense of relief I just have to wait for it to be printed...fingers crossed that it won't take to long. I am not fond of suspense:)

Dallas Brooks Center

The talk at Dallas brooks Center went really well, and seemed to make everybody very happy also. It was great to see so many people that I knew there. I had a lot of fun. I wore the most beautiful bombshell dress from the 50's, for those of you who know that I just love my dresses! This talk was filmed so I plan on having a DVD made and it will be available for purchase through my website.

I am pretty sure that this will be my last talk about my Death experience, just because if I keep talking about it, I will have no time to do anything else, but as people have already contacted me and expressed disappointment at missing out on tickets, I may be convinced to do another. If you have a group who might be interested, let me know. I'll see what I can come up with.

I am writing again. Not only about this experience, and about Metatronic Energy but also writing some articles for various publications. Some of the articles will be about dying but most will be about other things to do with ENergetic health.

Thats all for today.

Medical Intuitive Carmel Bell Announces New Book: Reveals Amazing Story of Dying for 47 Minutes

In February 2009 Melbourne-based medical intuitive Carmel Bell suffered a cardiac arrest and died for 47 minutes. She is now working on a book, Light-Storm: Energy to Save Your Life. In the book Carmel reveals what happened when she died, and how she used an amazing energy called Metatronic Level Energy to heal and recover, shocking her doctors.

Sometimes the impossible is possible. Because Carmel was "dead" for 47 minutes, no one expected her to recover her health. However, not only is Carmel now almost completely back to the person she was before, she is well enough to continue her busy practice as a medical intuitive, and to write a book of her experiences.

Why a book? Carmel says: "I woke up out of my physical body immediately after my cardiac arrest, and realized I was dead. I was completely aware of my body lying on the bed, and of paramedics working on me. Simultaneously, I was also aware of heaven and of speaking to Jesus. In the book, I want to tell the story of my conversation with Jesus. I also want to introduce readers to life energy, and to Metatronic Level Energy -- the energy I used to heal myself."

Carmel's story seems unbelievable, but it's true. She garnered media attention from Channel Nine News in June 2009, when her story led the news.

Carmel is looking for a publisher for Light-Storm: Energy to Save Your Life. In the book, Carmel tells the complete story of her Near Death Experience, her conversation with Jesus, and also teaches readers how to heal their own challenges with Metatronic Level Energy. The aim of the book is to show readers that they can travel from illness (even serious illness) to wellness, and can change their experience of life from unhappiness to happiness.

Each chapter of the book includes energy exercises, to help readers to both discover their own energy, and to use it to heal. The exercises are simple, yet effective. Readers will learn techniques they can use every day.
